I dati dell'account restano finché hai l'account.
Dall'app: Impostazioni → Account → «Cancella account». In alternativa scrivi a info@wild-apps.com dall'indirizzo dell'account: cancelliamo entro 30 giorni.

The apps published under the Wild Apps name and their account service (sign-up, sign-in with email and password, sign-in with Google). Each app also has its own privacy notice, inside the app and on this site, describing that app's data (for example photos, inventories, AI features): for that data, the app's notice applies. The list is at the end of this page.
An account needs an email address and a password. The email is used to sign in, to receive confirmation codes and to reset the password. We never see the password: Amazon Cognito (Amazon Web Services) handles it, keeps only a cryptographic verifier and sends the emails with the codes. For the account we keep the email, whether it has been confirmed and an internal identifier. The sign-in session stays on your phone, in the app's storage.
We do not send newsletters or advertising: the email only receives messages the service needs.
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google asks you to share your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier with the app (openid, email and profile permissions). Of these we keep only the email address, Google's indication that the email is verified, and the Google account identifier: they are used to create your account and recognise you when you sign in again. Name and profile picture are not stored.
We do not receive your Google password and have no access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other data in your Google account.
Data received from Google is used only to sign you in to the app: it is not sold, not used for advertising or profiling, not used to train artificial intelligence models, and not transferred to third parties except the providers listed below, who process it on our behalf. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; to delete the app account as well, see "Deletion".
What you enter in an app stays on your phone or on the app's server, depending on the app: its notice says which. We use it only to run the service for you (for example to find it again on another phone, or to show it to the people you invite). We do not read it, unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it.
An app's server records, for each request, technical data such as IP address, time, requested address, result and duration: this is used for security, to limit abuse and to find errors. These logs delete themselves within 30 days.
The apps contain no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. This site uses no cookies and keeps no visitor log.
— Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg): hosts accounts (Amazon Cognito), databases, files and app servers in the EU Frankfurt region (eu-central-1), and serves this site through Amazon CloudFront.
— Google Ireland Limited: only if you use sign-in with Google, as described above.
— Providers of individual apps' AI features: they receive data only if you consent in that app, and are named in its notice.
They are processors acting on our behalf. Where a provider or its parent company is outside the European Union, the transfer relies on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR (EU–US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for the account, sign-in and running the apps. Consent (Art. 6.1.a) for optional features that ask for it, such as AI features: you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what happened before. Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for technical logs and abuse prevention. Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) when a law requires us to keep or disclose data.
Account data is kept as long as you have the account. Technical logs are deleted within 30 days. Database backups expire within 35 days.
In the app: Settings → Account → "Delete account". Your account and your data on the server are deleted immediately, except for what the app's notice says about content shared with others. Alternatively, write to info@wild-apps.com from the account's address: we delete within 30 days.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–22 GDPR), and to withdraw consent. Write to info@wild-apps.com. You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or with the one competent for the controller, the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (www.lda.bayern.de).
The apps are not meant for people under 16. Below that age, consent from the holder of parental responsibility is required.
No decision about you is made solely by automated means, and we do no profiling.
If this policy changes, the date below is updated. Significant changes are announced in the app before they apply.
