Dati dell'inventario

Nomi, stanze, categorie, quantità, valori, note, date.

Li vedi tu, in Impostazioni → «I tuoi numeri» e «Sostieni Tuttocasa».

Non lasciano il telefono, nessun identificativo personale.

Destinatari e trasferimenti

Senza consenso, nessun destinatario riceve nulla.

Base giuridica

Consenso revocabile (art.

In alternativa, scrivendo a info@wild-apps.com: i dati vengono cancellati entro 30 giorni.

Privacy notice — Tuttocasa

Data controller: Riccardo Salvagio, Gabelsbergerstraße 48d, 80333 München, Germany — contact: info@wild-apps.com.

Inventory data

Names, rooms, categories, quantities, values, notes, dates.

It lives in your home on the app's server (see "Account and shared home") and in a copy on your phone, which opens the app instantly and lets you work offline.

We use it only to make the app work: list, search and export your items, and show them to the members of your home.

It stays until you delete it, leave the home or delete your account.

Account and shared home

To use the app you create an account with an email and a password. The email is used to sign in, to receive the confirmation code and to reset the password; we never see the password: Amazon Cognito (Amazon Web Services) handles it and also sends the emails with the codes. The sign-in session stays on your phone, in the app's storage.

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google asks you to share your name, email, profile picture and Google account identifier with the app: Amazon Cognito keeps only the email, the indication that it is verified and the Google account identifier, to create the account and recognise you; name and picture are not stored. We do not receive your Google password or access to any other data in your Google account, and data received from Google is used only for sign-in (Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements). You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Items and rooms live in your home, on the app's server (Amazon Web Services, EU region: Frankfurt, eu-central-1): you find them on another phone and the members of the home see them. On every request the server checks that you are a member of that home.

Whoever you invite with a code (valid for 48 hours) can see and edit the home's items, and sees your email in the member list: the server reads it from your Amazon Cognito account and copies it into the member list of every home you are in. The owner can remove a member; anyone can leave; when the last member leaves, the home is deleted with its items and their photos. If you leave a home or delete your account, the items and photos you added stay in the home for the other members: to remove them, delete them before you leave.

Photos travel with the items: each item's photo (up to 1 MB) is uploaded to your home's storage on the server (Amazon S3, Frankfurt), and the members download it to their phones. On the server, the item only holds a marker "photos/<id>.jpg", never the path on your phone. Deleting an item also deletes its photo from the server.

Items that were on your phone before the account are uploaded to the home the first time you sign in.

Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Item photos

Saved on your device in the app's photos/ folder and uploaded to your home on the server (see "Account and shared home"). Sent to the app's AI service only for two purposes:

— item recognition: the photo is processed and the details (name, category, quantity) are saved in the inventory.

— room and category suggestion when you type a name by hand: the typed name and the app's six starting rooms travel (standard names such as Kitchen or Garage, never the rooms you create or rename), not the photo.

The app does not store photos or names on the proxy. For every request the proxy logs one line with IP address, outcome and duration (never photos or text) and keeps counters per IP (for IPv6, per /64 prefix) and per account and per installation in a small proxy database: they limit abuse and the cost of the service.

Every AI request carries a random installation code, issued and signed by the proxy. The code is requested from the proxy when you give consent and, if that did not succeed, at every app start for as long as consent stands; the log records IP, outcome and duration of these requests too, so even if you have not used the AI yet. If you decline, it is never requested. The code is not linked to you or your phone and does not go into the logs (the proxy does not store it: it checks the signature). Every AI request (and the request for the code) also carries your account's access token, the same one you use to enter the home: the proxy checks its signature with Amazon Cognito and uses only the account's internal identifier (sub) to count each account's requests; it does not see your password or your email, the identifier does not go into the logs and is not forwarded to the model provider. In the counters database the IP, the code and the account identifier enter only as a fingerprint computed with a secret key of the proxy, never in the clear, together with the date of the first request with that code: counters delete themselves within a few days, the first-request date 90 days after the last request. "Delete all data" erases the code from the phone. Logs are kept for at most 14 days.

If you decline consent or the AI service is not available, the app still works: type the item in.

Minimal technical data

Usage counters on your device: items added, how many from a photo, when you added the first one, how many AI requests you made today. You see them in Settings → "Your numbers" and "Support Tuttocasa".

They never leave your phone and carry no personal identifier.

Recipients and transfers

For the account and the home, always: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (EU region: Frankfurt, eu-central-1) keeps the account (Amazon Cognito), the home's items and rooms (the app's database) and the items' photos (Amazon S3) until you delete them.

Only if you give AI consent, photos and names are received by:

— Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, which hosts the app's proxy and its small counters database (EU region: Frankfurt, eu-central-1). The proxy forwards the request and keeps neither photos nor text; it keeps the logs described above (IP, outcome, duration) for at most 14 days.

— OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States, api.openai.com), the provider of the AI model configured in the proxy. It is outside the European Union: the transfer relies on the Chapter V GDPR safeguards the provider states in its documentation (EU–US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). Retention declared by the provider: data sent through the API is not used to train its models and may stay in its abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless the law requires longer (developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data, read on 2026-10-07). We cannot verify its deletion.

If the model provider changes, this notice is updated before the app version that uses it is released. Without consent, no recipient receives anything.

Legal basis

Revocable consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for sending photos and names to the AI.

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for the data that stays on your device.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for the local counters and the proxy logs (security, abuse prevention, cost control).

Consent

At your first photo or first typed item the app asks whether you accept sending photos and names to the AI service. If you decline, nothing leaves your phone and you type the item in.

You can withdraw or give it at any time in Settings → "AI consent". "Delete all data" also erases that choice.

Backup and moving to a new phone

Android automatic backup is turned off for this app: your inventory and photos are not copied to Google Drive.

To change phone use Settings → "Export" → "Save full backup": it writes a JSON file with your items and a photos/ folder with your photos into a folder you choose; on the new phone, "Import" → "Backup folder" reads it all back. The folder is yours: "Delete all data" does not touch it. The CSV has no photos.

The app also keeps a safety copy of the previous version of your data on the phone.

External links

In Settings → "Support Tuttocasa", the "Buy me a coffee" row opens the website of the app's publisher in your browser. The app sends it nothing: no inventory data, no photo, no code. Once you open the site, though, whoever runs it can see your IP address and what your browser usually shares; from there its own notice applies. The row only appears if the build has an address configured.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to info@wild-apps.com.

Deletion

From Settings → Account → "Delete account" (confirm by typing a word): this immediately deletes your Amazon Cognito account, your data on the server and your membership of homes (a home where you were the only member is deleted with its items and their photos; if you owned it, it passes to the longest-standing member, and the items and photos you added stay in the home for the other members), and on the phone items, photos and settings. Any database backups expire within 35 days.

"Delete all data" instead deletes only the copy on this phone and signs you out: the home's items and their photos stay on the server.

Alternatively, write to info@wild-apps.com: your data is deleted within 30 days.
