4. I tuoi contenuti

5. Uso consentito

Terms of service — Wild Apps

The Wild Apps apps and related services (account, sync, AI features) are provided by Riccardo Salvagio, Gabelsbergerstraße 48d, 80333 München, Germany — info@wild-apps.com.

1. Acceptance

By using a Wild Apps app or creating an account you accept these terms. An app may have additional conditions, shown in the app: for that app they take precedence over these terms.

2. The service

The apps are currently free. If a feature becomes paid in the future, price and conditions will be shown to you first, and nothing will be charged without an explicit action on your part. Some apps are in a test (beta) version: features and appearance may change.

3. Account

To create an account you must be at least 16, or have consent from the holder of parental responsibility. Use an email address that is yours, keep your password safe and do not share the account: you are responsible for what happens with your sign-in. If you think someone is using it without permission, change the password and write to us.

4. Your content

What you put in the apps remains yours. You only grant us a free, non-exclusive permission to store, copy and transmit it to the extent needed to provide the service, for example to sync it across your devices or show it to the people you invite. The permission ends when you delete the content or the account, except for expiring backups and shared content that stays with the other members as described in the app. You must hold the rights to what you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the apps for illegal activities, upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, spread malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent usage limits, overload the servers, or resell the service. Reverse engineering is not allowed except where the law permits it.

6. AI features

Some apps use artificial intelligence, only with your consent and as described in their privacy notice. Results are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete: check them before relying on them. They are not professional advice.

7. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the apps working, but cannot guarantee they are always available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or whole apps. If we discontinue a service that keeps your data on the server, we announce it at least 30 days in advance and give you a way to export it. Keep a copy of what matters to you: many apps have an export feature.

8. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the apps at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → "Delete account"). We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms or the law, normally after a warning.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it, such as product liability. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, those without which the service could not be used, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy, together with the notice of each app.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change significantly we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree you can delete your account before the changes apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. For consumers, jurisdiction is as provided by law. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board: for any problem write to info@wild-apps.com.
